Yeah, yeah, we're all One. It's a quaint and spiritual idea that we've all heard. But, do you really know that it's true? Can you wrap your mind around such an abstract idea like that? Have you ever felt yourself as one with everything?
The struggle is real because we're humans. But, let go of the struggle against, and instead, move toward what you desire to create.
What are you waiting for? Don't put your life on hold until things are they way you want them to be. Let go of the struggle against everything. Choose what you can do in this moment.
Presence helps us work with life just as it is. This moment of just feeling, experiencing, doing what is next with as much compassion and grace as we can muster. Don't fight against life, work FOR your life.
How do I feel all the suffering in the world right now and still function?
We suddenly live in a whole new world. We've become very aware of how small our planet is and how connected and interdependent we are. What if it's not all bad? What if you can make positive growth during this time? What if this is an invitation to wake up and focus on individual and global health?
